Key Performance Indicators :
- Hiring Efficiency across Central Functions (60%)
- Ensure HC Backend Operations functions at 100% efficiency.
- HR Business Partnering (HR Operations, Training, Induction, Payroll, and Engagement)(40%)
The most important tasks performed on an individual basis without involving subordinates are
Task performed :
- Ensuring all positions are filled within timelines.
- Ensure due-diligence is done for all hires, and cases of exception are cleared through documented approvals.
- Ensure band parity is maintained for all hires across roles and businesses.
- Undertake checks on reports pertaining to Personal Files Status, Confirmation, Transfers, BGV Status, Compliance
- Status and Settlement Status and ensure completion wherever there are gaps.
- Facilitate any employee's exit being as smooth as his / her joining.
- Regularly interact with supervisor to highlight issues requiring closure, voice concerns, provide feedback changes made.
