Role: Individual Contributor

Workdays: 6 days a week

Travel: Extensive (must have own vehicle). Local candidates are preferred.

Responsibility:

As a Sales Buddy, we see you as a competitive and trustworthy, high-performing sales maverick, enabling the Firm to meet its client acquisition and revenue growth objective. Your primary role is to takes ownership of independently focusing on B2B (Corporate)/ Enterprise Sales, Industrial sales/ Institutional Sales, getting high volume big-ticket deals, ensuring timely collections of payment, and maintaining client satisfaction.

Plan, Pursue and Sell:

- Analyze patterns in client and market behavior, understand category-specific landscapes and trends, identify selling possibilities, evaluate client needs, and subsequently execute strategies to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, walk-ins, and other forums. Capture the information in DSR.

- Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- Negotiate/ close deals, facilitate legal agreements and ensure proper handover to the operations team. Ensure all KYC compliances are adhered to before the handover.

- Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Secure a greater market share.

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.

Client Management and Collections:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients (conglomerates).

- Collaborate with the clients and business partners to understand their requirements and present a customized sales solution. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share with internal teams.

- Handle clients concerns, if any.

- Persistently follow-up with clients for collections of payment. Build robust professional relationship with clients to ensure prompt payment.

Experience Required :

- 2 + years of working experience in B2B (Corporate/ Enterprise/ Industrial/ Institutional) sales, in a fast-paced company having dynamic business environment.

- Proven and successful experience of working independently for achieving or exceeding high volume sales targets.

- Independent lead generation experience from mapping the area to probing, analyzing and identifying prospect client.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level. Clearly articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and if required position products against competitors.

- Ability to execute the sales process from plan to close and collections. Do value based selling.

- Ability to conduct research and analyze data-driven insights. Have an in-depth knowledge of the business's product as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.

- Must have good knowledge of the geographical area and clientele for the location you are applying

- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, which are necessary for the creating both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.

Oil-Energy, Telecom (Active Infra & Services), Facility Management, Commercial Services & Supplies (e.g.- Office furniture, Corporate Security Alarm-Software, Office Equipment, Diversified Supplies), Logistics, Diesel Generator, OEM, Ecommerce, Commercial Real-estate (aggregators), Other aggregators (corporate/industrial reach), Auto Components, Engineering & Capital Goods, Heavy-Automobile, Consulting, Chemical, Courier
