Working days: 6 days workweek

Travel: Extensive travel across India

Work location: Base location - Delhi - Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate

Responsibilities:

As AGM of B2B Sales function, we see you as a high-performer, influencer and growth driver maverick with entrepreneur mindset, enabling the Firm to meet its client acquisition and revenue growth objective. Your primary role is to independently focus on premier B2B (Corporate) sales to get high volume, big ticket assignments to the Firm at a national level.

- Create and deliver vital sales strategic plan to achieve sales target and expand client base, thereby playing a crucial role in the success of FuelBuddy.

- Own and exceed annual sales targets year-on-year. Constantly drive greater sales resulting from the securing a greater market share.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients (conglomerates).

- Collaborate with the clients and business partners to understand their requirements and present a customized sales solution. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

- Collaborate with the product development team in creating product intelligence. Collaborate with internal stakeholders for formulating aggressive sales strategies and supporting online marketing initiatives.

- Identify business opportunities across India with big ticket clients. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends.

- Analyze patterns in consumer and market behavior, and subsequently define data-driven action strategies to consistently optimize the business's commercial performance.

- Analyze sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to senior management.

- Monitor the brand and make forecasts, identifying new trends ahead of the curve, hence, offering the business a competitive advantage and keeping it ahead of its competition in the market.

- Persistently follow-up with clients for collections.

- Ensure that innovative online marketing initiatives strengthen and further the sales and other business objectives.

- Build, scale and manage team of sales personnel across India. Mentor them, provide structured trainings and facilitate their overall role in expanding sales function.

- Represent the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events.

Experience required:

1. Overall 10 years of experience of which 5 - 8 years must be in B2B (Corporate) sales, in a fast-paced company having dynamic business environment, preferably working in the position of a AGM/GM - National Sales. Experience of onboarding leading MNCs as clients is imperative.

2. Proven and successful experience of working independently for achieving or exceeding high volume sales targets. Successfully inspiring team and driving high sales targets.

3. Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executives and C-level. Clearly articulate the distinct aspects of products and services, and if required position products against competitors.

4. Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close and collections.

5. Ability to build, scale and lead a group of business development sales personnel towards growth in enhanced sales volumes and enhanced revenue generation, while displaying exceptional leadership skills and confidence.

6. Ability to conduct research and analyze data-driven insights. Have an in-depth knowledge of the business's product as well as standard strategic, analytical, and marketing concepts.

7. High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, which are necessary for the creating both visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations.
