JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an excellent Digital Automation Manager with experience on automating the marketing communications with the end users on our product. An ideal candidate should be well versed with tactically using push notifications, emails, web-overlays, SMS, web-channels, etc. A person with a flair for Marketing Automation using tools such as CleverTap, MoEngage, WebEngage and Demand /Lead Generation using AdWords, LinkedIn sponsored campaigns, FB Ads Manager and Affiliate Marketing.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall social media strategy through paid and organic channels.

- Understand, plan, build and execute email communications, marketing automation campaigns with Clevertap, MoEngage, WebEngage etc to deliver measurable results and nurture programs in a flexible and timely manner that meets business objectives.

- Maintain lead management (creation of leads, list loads, sync, scores, alerts, triggers) and cleanliness of data including email deliverability, subscription management and de-duplication process

- Ideate and execute various marketing campaigns to the best abilities of Marketing Automation

- Develop audience segments, lists and reporting mechanisms to drive engagement and demonstrate success factors and ROI

- Run A/B tests for campaigns and landing pages to optimize performance

- Plan budget spend for social media campaigns across channels & regions to increase efficiency and decrease costs

- Manage campaign budgets, optimizing spend and performance based on results

- Understand and build retargeting funnels by exploring various channels

- Continuously evaluate emerging digital technologies and brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

- Make and present periodical reports to management on campaigns/activities completed with KPI's achieved and plans for upcoming campaigns in-line with overall strategy

- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

Requirements:

- At Least 3 to 5 years experience in managing large Automation campaigns with large data sets

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retention and experience working with CRM tools like CleverTap, MoEnagage, WebEngage etc and mail marketing tools such as hubspot, pardot, pipedrive, Wordpress, mailchimp, autopilot.

- Experience working with CleverTap is a must.

- Experience managing paid media campaigns such as Facebook, Google, & Bing ads.

- Experience utilizing and customizing Google Analytics / Google Data Studio (-plus)

- Understanding of CRM and marketing automation techniques including A/B testing setup, list uploads, journey mapping setup, etc

- Technical understanding of deliverability challenges for email and push notifications.

- Be able to automate legacy processes (Communication journeys etc.,) and build complete automation cycle

- Experience building and developing mobile responsive emails

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, tools & more

- Fundamental knowledge of HTML/CSS is a huge plus as it can help while working on email templates and landing pages

- Excellent analytical and project management skills

- Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
