Frontrol - Product Manager (4-20 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain a roadmap based upon product and release strategy

- Work with leadership team to determine and develop product strategy and goals

- Responsible for creating and facilitating feature requirements, user stories and user interface design changes

- Partner with UX, Engineering, and Research on feature design

- Translates business desires/requirements into effective features and stories that are ready for development

- Participate in sprint planning meetings to prioritize features and milestone dates

- Define test plans and methods to ensure successful delivery of automated solution.

- Ensure testing meets established exit criteria before final approval

- Participate in the daily Scrums and Sprint Reviews

- Demo product features to current and potential clients

- Train client resources on product features

- Manage and communicate dependencies and risks

Qualifications :

Must Have:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or a combination of equivalent education and experience

- Experience working on process/product design, project/product planning

- Experience working with Project Portfolio Management and control tools: Oracle projects, primavera, MS dynamics, EcoSys, Unifier etc.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and collaborate with technical team to develop solutions

- Problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills

- Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization

Preferred:

- Experience working with Agile Methodology

- Experience managing projects in Engineering design field
