Front Line Sales Role - Online/Internet (2-7 yrs)
Principal Accountabilities

- Ensure Proactive engagement with the clients and agencies in the respective market for his/her team, aid understanding of their communication requirements to optimise sales and development efforts
- Improve the depth and breadth of the client/s for participation in our portfolio of assets
- Revenue maximisation of the properties owned and marketed by Company.
- Sponsorship Sales and property sales
Key Decisions
The decisions, which are taken at this position, which have an impact on the business and processes:
- Conceptualizing Brand solutions for clients and ideating on and decoding briefs by clients
- Structuring customized properties & deals for clients
- Pitching & Closure of deals with clients
- Leading and motivating the team to maximize results and achieve targets
- Appraising the team with inputs regarding the market, clients, their budgets, competition etc. Key Result Areas
KRAs must be intended to meet short-term operational goals of individual with particular emphasis being laid on meeting set goals and objectives over a period of time
- Deliver targets as committed
- Secure sponsorships and client servicing (for existing partners)
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve optimal results

- Ensure excellent working relationships
