Purpose of the Role:

Qualification & Experience:
- Graduation and MBA from Tier 1
- 8-10+ years of experience
- Worked on consumer analytics in FMCG sector
- Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, FMCG marketing roles, analytics consulting
Key Deliverables of the Role:
- Define the consumer analytics for Company strategy and take 100% accountability for execution and delivery
- Hire and manage a team of data scientists, data engineers, business analyst and visualizers
- Liaison with sales, marketing, IT, R&D departments, external consultants.
- Build capability to capture data from across sources like campaign data from across channels, social listening platforms, campaign data from google, Facebook etc, Ecommerce Data and Sales data from GT, MT and retailer database, consumer insights data
- Build data visualization capability through real time dashboards for Sales and Marketing KPI across channels
- Build insights capability for team and provide recommendations
- Build models for predictive analytics to help team take well informed business call - example marketing mix, multi touch attribution
