Roles and Responsibilities:
- Individual contributor role to undertake consultative selling of customer communications management solution to large enterprises.
- Contribute towards revenue generation and new client acquisition in India and adjoining region.
- Gain deep understanding of the product, its features and functionalities to present and demonstrate the solution to the customers.
- Liaise with CXOs of large enterprises to communicate our value proposition, understand the existing setup and processes of the customer and articulate a compelling business case for the customer.
- Handling customer queries and objections with help from the technology and delivery team.
- Working with technical teams on ensure success of POCs.
- Create and submit proposals as per identified requirements of the customer.
- Commercial negotiation and client on-boarding.
Desired Candidate profile:
- Entrepreneur mindset
- Candidates with technology pre-sales experience but looking to move to a sales profile would be given preference.
- Good understanding of technology and systems. Candidate with Previous experience of working for system integrators would be given preference.
- Previous experience (2-5 years) of selling technology to large enterprises is desirable. (Either SaaS or Hardware or Softwares)
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- MBA in Marketing or Operations along with Engineering background preferred. (MBA is not mandatory)
- US Visa- Preferred
