About the role:

We are on the lookout for a self-directed, multi-faceted marketing professional to join our partner marketing team and drive marketing collaboration with our startup ecosystem partners like VCs, angel investors, incubators and other startup hubs. Successful candidates must have prior marketing experience and must use this understanding to build and execute marketing activities.

Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead marketing efforts and responsibilities with startup ecosystem partners including top tier VCs, incubators, angel investors, and other onboarded partners

- Identify avenues and run campaigns to attract new startup partners in specific regions

- Manage geo-specific marketing including developing and executing marketing programs that help achieve joint sales goals with partners. This can include but is not limited to lead generation activities, hosting events, execute targeted campaigns, manage PR & brand awareness activities and more

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to execute marketing programs

- Develop, localize, maintain and update content to attract, nurture, and support startups around the world

- Own all related marketing metrics to measure the success of the activities - demand generation numbers, payback, conversion, and other KPIs based on identified KRAs for startup marketing

- Manage budget with reliability and own ROI

- Be a voice for the startup program within the company

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in marketing. Additional experience in working with channel/partner/sales is a bonus

- Masters degree preferred in marketing, business or similar streams

- Excel at cross-group collaboration, creative thinking, and problem solving

- Motivated self-starter who thrives on working in complex and challenging work environment

- Knowledge in SaaS businesses, startup ecosystems including keeping tabs on current marketing trends

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and project management skills
