Position-: New Product Development/Research and Development

Education-: BSC/Food Science and Nutrition/Food Technology

Job Responsibilities-:

Product Development

- Managing the New Product development where responsible for development of New Products which includes conceptualization of product, recipe formulation, and process set up, label designing, development of packing material and design the quality criteria & parameters.

- Understand various fruits and vegetables available for making different variety of Juices.

- Monitor and record the Chemical parameters of different fruits and vegetables (Brix, PF, Acidity)

- Research and try different recipe of Juices, Smoothies, Nutmilks, Soups by mixing different combination of Fruits, Vegetables and Nuts.

- Track and record Quality Parameters of the Trial Samples

- Track the Shelf Life and changes in Quality, Taste, Color of all samples made.

- Track and record the yield of each ingredient for further analysis.

- Sensory analysis and evaluation and record the same.

Commercial Production

- Assist the QC Manager and play a vital role during commercial production to ensure that the end product is as per the specification and parameters decided during the R&D.

- This would include checking of the Chemical Parameters of the Raw Material and the final product also, Sensory of the RM and the Final Product.

- TO ensure Food Safety, HACCP and GMP are followed during the commercial production.

Coordination

- To coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to understand the customer requirement and reaction on the existing product.

- To assist the QA/QC team in case of Customer Complaints or feedback.

- To coordinate with the Production and QC team to understand the challenges during large scale commercial production and develop the recipe accordingly.
