Freshalicious Super Bazar (Freshtohome Private Limited) - Senior Human Resources Position - Freshalicious Super Bazar (FSB) is an operations arm of Freshtohome Private Limited (FTH), which is India's first and largest e-commerce venture for fresh seafood and meat with over 9 Lakh + happy and growing customers. The venture is headed by CEO - Shan Kadavil, a consumer internet veteran and former India head for Zynga. Shan and team who are on the mission of creating India's trusted destination for fresh, chemical free food produced by connecting the farmers &amp; fishermen directly and digitally with the consumers using disruptive technology. - FSB supports in terms of procuring and processing the fresh seafood, meet and vegetables as per the requirement and delivers it to the doorsteps of the customers across Bangalore, Chennai, Kerala, Mumbai, Pune Delhi, NCR and Hyderabad. With cutting and packing centers &amp; delivery hubs various cities across India, FSB employs around 1000 + employees and growing. We have around 9 offline stores, 100 delivery hubs and we process close to around 45,000 orders per day. Designation: Senior Manager - HR Qualification: MBA / MSW (LLB Preferred) Reporting to: Vice President - HR Experience: 10 -12 years handling HR operations (Business Partner) and Compliance for a Multi-Location business Location: Bangalore ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES: - Leads and directs HR related duties at the professional level while supporting all the operations - Delivery &amp; Plants across geographies. - Responsible for talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application, performance and compensation management consultation; and talent management for business in all the geography with the support of central HR team and respective HRBPs in the locations. - Work closely with the Operations - Plant and Delivery Operations &amp; Deliver based on the business objectives of the respective geography and plant requirements to meet the HR objectives. - Support and develop HR systems and process in line with the best practice and suitable for the operations for internal and external compliance. - Ensure Labour Law related compliance across the location with reference to all applicable Labour Laws. - Ascertain the current supply and demand for the business for staffing and skill needs and plan for hiring to cater to the requirements on time. - Facilitate employee onboarding at the locations and ensure compliance to the policies. - Partners with Payroll; HRIS; and Employee benefit functions as required to facilitate smooth functioning. - Drive Employee engagement programs across the locations to enhance productivity and morale building. - Support and collaborate with the central HR Team to cascade the Company and HR vision and objective across all the business and locations uniformly. Personal &amp; Professional Attributes :&nbsp; - Experience of working in a manufacturing/retail, intensive operations centric, high turnover multi locations organization set up with diverse workforce. - Strong expertise on labour laws, compliance and interacting with labour inspectors. - High energy, approachable and available to stakeholders. - Strong business focus and ability to build trust across all levels in the organization. - Builds and mentors teams. - Mature and balanced attitude towards business and people. - Solution oriented and does not get stressed in chaotic ambiguous situation. - Builds strong collaborative teams. - Strong process knowledge. - Open to travel. - Knowledge of Malayalam essential.
