Manager/Senior Manager - FP&A
Role:
- Reporting to CFO or his designate, this roles supports leadership in executing financial planning processes, including priority setting and ensuring the timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of financial information.
- This position will support all key financial planning processes, including but not limited to business planning, budgets, forecasts, and long term planning.
Responsibilities:
- Support development and maintenance of FTH's financial reporting, including but not limited to annual budget, monthly forecast and monthly / quarterly business reviews.
- Maintain ownership over updating the Company's financial model, including running alternative scenarios, evaluating potential issues and identifying solutions.
- Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-period expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Provide cash reporting to support working capital and capex decisions.
- Ownership to update and maintain key performance indicators and drivers for change in company's financial results.
- Assist in creation and review of presentations and detailed financial analysis presented to Senior Management, Board, Investors.
- Partner with the finance team to set up metrics, goals, and business reviews.
- Ensure documentation / SOP of all FP&A processes and work with Ops team on document enhancements.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost center results
- Provide support for ad-hoc project work.
