Freshtohome is hiring General Manager - Revenue & Growth for Tamil Nadu region.

Base Location : Chennai(Responsible for TN)

Experience : 10+ years(including eCommerce experience)

Educational Qualification : Engineering Graduate or & MBA (Marketing)

Responsibilities include :

1. Leading and scaling state/region revenue with strong understanding of consumer, competition and brand health. Experience of researching market trends, consumer behaviour, products, competitive position and prime sales drivers to track brand performance.

2. Tracking market campaigns like, Occasion / Festivals, SKU performance and other KPIs for the Brand.

3. Understanding brand positioning, strategy and works towards implementing in the regional Market.

4. Collaborating with Central Marketing Team to build and implement marketing strategy which includes ATL and BTL activities for customer acquisition and retention.

5. Developing promotion plans to launch locally relevant product ideas and design competitive pricing.

6. Using customer feedback to realign marketing strategies to increase profitability.

7. Improving service levels and increase efficiency of the operations that can help provide best quality to the customer.

8. Managing the P&L and the state. Prepare & analyse weekly/ monthly reports on city performance requirements and help monitor demand forecast.

9. Ensuring efficient use of assigned budgets and proper accounting for the funds used.

10.Coordinating with customer support , digital marketing, logistics teams to help meet customer needs.

11.Contributing ideas to find solutions that improve delivery operations, packaging and quality of the product.

12.Working with good understanding of relevant laws, regulations and policies.
