Freshtohome is hiring GM - Supply Chain & Replenishment Management.
Work Location: Bangalore
Work Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities include:
- Leading supply planning and inventory management
- Responsible for business expansion, vendor management, NPD-Forecasting and supply plan, vendors fill rate management.
- Monitoring and tracking order/inventory flow
- Managing product forecast process.
- Collaborating with the replenishment team in developing replenishment strategies and initiatives.
- Managing the demand plan and aligning to Consumption-Based Planning to drive forecast error improvements.
- Analysing forecast accuracy, ensuring seasonal forecasts are correctly input in the system.
- Analysing sales and inventory performance to identify trends and proactively correcting systems disconnects to avoid out-of-stock instances.
- Managing all new items, item changes and pack transitions to ensure proper forecast accuracy and system order flow are aligned.
- Managing all aspects of logistics/supply chain
