We at Freshtohome are looking for a Social Media Manager.

Work Location: Bangalore

Experience: 4-6 years in Social Media Management, Content & Campaigns in e-commerce(preferably from food)

Required Experience & Skills:

- A great storyteller who loves conversations

- Degree in journalism, Mass Media, Communications or MBA in Marketing

- Great copywriting skills

Personal & Interpersonal Skills :

- Love conversations + Love tech +. Great storyteller

- Creative thinker

- Great sense of aesthetic

Key Responsibilities :

- Be in charge of the social media presence and shape and build the brand identity of FreshToHome.com online

- Define the brands social media strategy and chart the calendar of campaigns and the execution plans

- Strong understanding of social media- Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat. Understand what makes brands tick on these media, how audiences react. Should live and breathe social media

- Come up to speed on understanding the brand and then manoeuvre the presence on social. Pick out areas of affinity and then make the brand resonate strongly with selected audiences

- Ensuring clear and consistent voice and tonality of the brand across media

- Have a strong feel of the channel and audience pulse and conceptualise campaigns which will have a strong and lasting impact

- Oversee all social media interactions between customers and the organisation

- Build a strong network of influencers and communities

- Social listening when people mention the brand and understanding sentiment. Formulate replies and engage with consumers.
