1. Responsible for Overall Staples Category.
2. Understand the available market opportunity for new and existing categories.
3. Stock availability, stock turnover, Category Assortment Expansion.
4. New Product development by identifying new Vendors.
5. Drive the Sales, Margin and Inventory.
6. Managing overall operations including Buying & Merchandising, Vendor Management, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, etc.
7. Steering merchandising efforts in harmony with the business objectives.
