- This role entails developing and implementing a strategy to ensure the function is operating in line with the objectives of the business to add value, mitigate supply chain risk and deliver cost savings.
- It will also include developing and maintaining strategic relationships and managing the development of contracts, contractual relationships and contract management to deliver continuous improvement in delivery of goods and services.
- Responsible for Procurement Margin Analysis and its Adherence
- Managing Trading Margin, ensuring its accountability and ownership
- Responsible for Procurement Fill Rate, its analysis and Adherence.
- Establishing Systems for Ensuring above SLAs are met
- Designing Controls systems from prevention of fraud and Risk Management.
- Designing Policies for Contract Management
- Monitoring and Maintaining Dashboard
- Designing Algorithms and ensuring Compliances
- Coach, mentor and develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions,
- Set department objectives and monitor ongoing progress.
