We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our fast-growing organization as a Growth Analyst. You will have a direct impact on the business and will play a pivotal role in deriving data-driven business insights by working with huge amounts of data. This is a highly cross-functional role, and you will have the opportunity to work different teams - Product, Digital Marketing, Engineering, Sales and convert data into meaningful actionable insights for our internal stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- Strong problem-solving ability: Candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong Analytical Skills and Process Orientation
- Strong process orientation and ability to learn quickly
- Strong in Data analytics: Candidate should be proficient in SQL and R/Python. Should be highly proficient in Excel
- Need to own projects from conceptualization to execution
- To be able to understand and analyze data to drive business insights
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Analyst role - Strong SQL Knowledge and Hands- on experience is a must - Demonstrated Analytical ability with a bias towards action and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Previous experience in Product Marketing/eCommerce
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing how various marketing campaigns are performing.
- Build/implement various statistics models to improve overall product offering and user experience
- Work closely with internal teams to identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for products or business processes
- Pull data required from different data sources to conduct a business analysis, build reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor performance
- Drive change in tech/process backed by data
- Monitoring and providing feedback during execution of various initiatives
- Conceptualize a user acquisition and retention model to predict the marketing efforts required to meet the targets.
- Analyzing how the user-base has grown in specific cities over time and insights to replicate and fasten it in other places.
- Publish & communicate weekly metrics to help teams take proactive actions.
- Analyzing the funnels for various Organic channels and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for generating efficiency & business impact through automation/data analytics
- Supporting pre and post analysis for new product feature launches, owned by you or the team.
