Fresenius Medical Care - Manager - Business Development (5-8 yrs)
Regional role, responsible for business development & strategic initiatives, including business investment activities of the company and its affiliates in East region.
1. Pursue opportunities towards inorganic/organic growth in the field of Dialysis, Nephrology services market.
2. Identifying potential growth markets, short-listing prospects to partner.
3. Prepare business presentations including offers, proposals, term sheets, MoU/Agreements in coordination with the legal teams on the prospective Deals.
4. Prepare and present presentations and materials on Deals in hand as necessary for approvals.
5. Assist the Leadership team on market intelligence for strategy formulation w.r.t designated markets to him/her
6. Constantly gather and update market intelligence on competition and key prospects in his/her designated markets.
7. Building relationships with key opinion leaders (both clinical and business domain) in their designated markets.
8. Coordinate with internal cross functional teams as necessary for consummating the Deal transactions and implementing the required processes.
9. Do business due diligence on the prospective partners for building the right proposals.
10. Support management by initiating and execution of strategy and business development projects.
11. Close working relationship with Key Account management & region's product business team in East India
12. Evaluating and conducting financial/business/market analysis for investment opportunities and business development projects together with country business team.
13. Financial modeling & valuation and scenario analysis. Review financial/tax/legal due diligence reports
14. Project management from initiation, management approval, project execution to postclosing matters, including liaison, coordination and follow-up with different departments including legal & compliance.
15. Performance tracking of all executed BD projects
Qualification & Experience :
1. Minimum experience of 5-8 experience in Business Development with Good written and spoken communication. Min. 2-3 years of experience in similar position or financial/business analysis position in an international company preferable in Medical Devices, capital equipment's, healthcare or Pharma with project management experience; some legal exposure is a plus.
2. Candidate should have positive attitude, Customer handling skills, Result Oriented, Quick Learner and good in Word, Power point and EXCEL, Strong business & financial analytical skills, good sense for numbers.
