Roles and Responsibilities As member of the Solution Design team, you will be focused around designing solutions for some of the toughest and exciting problems that we working to solve in the Logistics industry. You will be responsible to understand product requirements and platform capabilities. Your core responsibilities would include - - Conduct customer workshops/demos to gather information of the customers current setup/pain area - Identify key problem statements and work on solutions ranging from process to technology - Work closely with the business analysts and product team to outline the project requirements prior to the development of the solution - Examine business requirements, develop the potential solutions and lead the efforts to implement the final solutions - Take ownership of complex projects, work with the cross-functional teams and drive the projects to completion. Be accountable for the overall technical excellence and quality of the technical solutions - Develop deep understanding of operational challenges in the industry to figure out and build creative tech solutions - Educate and support customers, both pre- and post-sales, helping them with implementation, testing, integrations, and more - Articulate customer feedback to product and engineering Requirements Experience, Technical skills & Knowledge - 3+ years of prior logistics experience - Have worked on solving logistics related problems earlier and have achieved significant benefits - Business process focus and experience mapping process flows - Experience conducting general transportation and shipment data analysis - An understanding of how transportation impacts overall supply chain operations - Self-motivated, "out of the box" Critical Thinking and a Team Player Prerequisites - Education: Bachelor's Degree or above (Production/Industrial Engineering/Information Technology/Business Administration) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Well-organized, self-motivated, and precise - Enjoys working in small teams and on multiple client projects - Project management experience preferred - Ability to travel 10-15%
