We are looking for a top-of-class Assistant HR Manager to help us scale rapidly. Given our diverse staffing needs, you will devise and execute cutting-edge recruiting for a broad range of talent. You will have the opportunity to design onboarding that helps new hires hit the ground running, use data analytics to get ahead of trends and help set the culture through engagement initiatives. Being based in Bangalore, you will be the location HR for our Technology team, ensuring that they have what they need to perform at their best. Key Responsibilities: - Building a strong team to help build the organizational capabilities - Planning for manpower requirements with business leads - Devising sourcing strategies and channeling them to hire the best resources within agreed SLAs - Streamline the hiring process for the best candidate experience - Project intelligent MIS / Analytics that help make decisions - Act as the POC for the technology team - ensure regular connects and provide management with relevant feedback - Support in org. wide initiatives like performance management, employee engagement, and attrition Desired Profile - MBA in HR, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of experience - Exposure to the hiring of IT roles - Good with MS Office and G-suite - Should be able to deliver under pressure - Positive attitude and creative approach
