Note:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience with Global Exposure in Biz Analytics/Data Analytics in shipping/ Forwarding industry is mandatory.

Job Summary:

This role involves leading the business excellence, strategy and business operations function for FSL Group. Primary role is to support Leadership team in co-ordination across departments, contribution to strategy and producing Operational Dashboards and Trackers. The person will provide analytical support to leadership and help in coordination with key functions to ensure that the short-term and long-term objectives of the company are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Works closely with Country Managers and other leadership team to enable operationalization of strategic business initiatives.

- Responsible for managing the activities of Business Operations across FSL.

- Benchmarking and Maintenance of Operational Efficiency parameters for the organization: Resource Utilization, Time Tracking, Invoicing, Collections, Sales Pipeline,etc..

- Define, establish and manage a system for tracking operational metrics (KPIs) for all divisions and overall office operations reporting and monthly business report to Leadership team

- Analytics on partner relationships.

- Perform Market analysis of domain & technology trends, recommend benefits & investments in strategic areas.

- Drives usage of tools, templates, methodologies.

- Enables and supports development of Communications Strategy at leadership & operational level.

- Develop Metrics & Analysis which are easy to understand, easy to handle by end users.

- Coordinate with business users and technical team to customize analytical solutions to meet business needs.

- Identifying revenue leakages and provide solutions to the same.

Skills & Competencies required:

Technical/Generic Skills

Ability to work quickly and effectively with mathematical concepts, statistics and Finance

- Advance MS-Excel Skills with Macros and VBA

- Good understanding advance BI tools/analytical tools

- Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills

Qualification

- Candidate with B.E /B.Com and MBA from reputed university.
