About Role:

Responsible for managing & adding new Prospects by identifying, and qualifying from the Indian market. It's an end-end sales(outbound). The target audience will be large corporates.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) for India. It's an end-end sales(outbound) role.

- Define and execute prospecting plans, then meet and exceed goals through prospecting, qualifying, and managing in a geographic territory.

- Provide support for lead/opportunity generation: conduct calls / send emails / to connect via social media to generate leads, schedule "first meetings" for sales/pre-sales,

- Work closely with the Sales Director on converting top/middle-of-the-funnel prospects and leads to qualified demos.

- Develop and manage sales pipeline - prospect and assess new sales potential while moving many transactions simultaneously through the sales pipeline

- Manage and track customer engagement information in a CRM system.

- Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast through the CRM system, (Dials, Talk Time, Emails, Opportunities) Accountable for the monthly/quarterly goals and attainment.

- Forecast closures accurately (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)

Key Skills and Experience

- 4-6 years of sales experience particularly in the B2B SaaS Indian market.

- Strong communication and presentation skills are a must.

- Ability to think on your feet - you're someone who can figure out creative ways to get the maximum conversions.

- Can break down complicated technical matters and explain them in an understandable manner.

- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment.

- Adept at using any CRM - Fresh sales, Salesforce, HubSpot, to manage & track pipelines

- Able to engage in a technical conversation with the CTO/Head of Engineering to understand their requirements

- Prior experience selling to large corporates.
