This is a contractual assignment opportunity and is based on revenue sharing model of compensation. Those selected will be appointed as Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager, based on their experience &amp; profile. You'll be responsible for: - Delivering on hiring requirements of clients - from tech hiring to mid-level &amp; leadership hiring - Account management of the assigned client accounts - New business development - calling, pitching to &amp; signing-up new clients from the IT and consumer internet industry Ideal candidate profile: - Excellent skills in communicating in English - Someone with 3 to 10 years of experience in the recruitment services industry, catering to India based customers for India geography requirements - Experienced in candidate sourcing for product based as well as service based technology cos. using a diverse source mix as well as own professional &amp; personal network - Experienced in customer coordination &amp; management - Knows when &amp; how to escalate On offer: - A full-fledged agreement for the freelance assignment/association - Access to company email - Access to job-portals (it'll be good if one can arrange for his/her own job-portal, and we'll reimburse the subscription amount from time-to-time) - A monthly retainer plus a handsome revenue sharing plan - Group health insurance (proposed) - Potential opportunity to gain full-time employment in a period of 3 to 6 months, based on performance Who shouldn't apply? - Those who aren't ready for full-time commitment - US/UK staffing professionals, as they don't fit to our way of working - Those with no exp. of candidate sourcing without using Naukri.com or job-portals
