Technical Recruiter - US STAFFING

- This is a Freelance job - Attractive commission will be offered. Looking for technical recruiter for US market.

- Permanent Remote opportunity. Must have high speed internet connection, Laptop/Desktop and access to portals like Dice/Monster/Career Builder.

- Candidates with strong Linkedin connections will be preferred.

- Opportunity to earn in Lacs/month. Must have prior experience in working with Full time and W2 placements.

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling IT Requirements from US-based clients.

- Review and understand technical job requirements.

- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.

- Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met and follow up with candidates.

- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Linkedln), Making job postings on the Job Portal.

- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.

- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions ( MAJORLY FULL TIME & W2 PLACEMENTS)

- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.

- Getting the requirement from reporting manager and finding the candidates through various sourcing techniques, screening the resumes, taking interviews over the call, salary negotiation and working closely with the stakeholders until the candidate is submitted to the end client successfully.

- Negotiate billing rates and contract terms conditions with the associate vendor companies for the candidates.

- Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.

Qualifications:

- 3-8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Key word search and Boolean search) for the experienced candidates.

- Proficiency in English.

- HIGH AND EXTREMELY LUCRATIVE COMMISSION OFFERED.

- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal.

- Must be comfortable working as per US Time Zone ( EST preferably).
