- Having full life-cycle recruiting experience, from obtaining and researching opportunity, sourcing the candidate, HR interviews, client contact/feedback, negotiations, closing the hire and mentoring the candidate in the position.
- Handle end - end FMCG resourcing via vendors, social media, portal hiring
- Managing Talent Acquisition, HR, Recruitment, Leadership Hiring, IT Recruitment, Lateral Hiring, Executive Search, Training
- MBA HR or PG in HR with 7-15 years exp in Hiring or Recruitment
- Will have a reportee
Salary Offered: 20 - 40 LPA
