Freelance HR Consultant - Consulting Firm

We are working with some of the global consulting firms in India, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and UAE to hire HR Consultants to

- Execute HR Transformation and Consulting Assignments on behalf of global consulting firm

- The assignments would range from minimum of 3 months to 18 months depending on the size of the projects

- The assignments would include being the leader of the projects or members of the projects.

- Project Leader profile will require HR Leaders who have driven large HR Transformation or HR Consulting projects or HR Leaders who had worked as Global or Regional CHRO or Head of HR in large MNCs

- Project Team member profile will require HR professionals who have worked for a minimum of 10 years in HR Function of reputed organizations with experience in implementing HR Projects

- Assignments will be on time-bound or turnkey basis

- Only candidates who are willing to work as Freelancers or Consultants are required
