Job Responsibilities of a "Global Freelance Recruiting Partner/Advisor :

- Conducting headhunting & building effective social media sourcing campaigns to create a healthy pool & pipeline of qualified candidates for the various global hiring mandates.

- Interviewing job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, behavioral, functional & technical skills, training and education, and inform them of the position's duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits etc.

- Ensuring quick turnaround time (TAT) with quality profile submissions.

- Escalation Management for all critical positions.

- Sharing the application status with the candidates in a timely manner.

- Ensuring Salary negotiation, interview coordination, follow-up, Offer Management, Pre - Employment Process for closing candidates.

- Managing hiring targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), ensuring that process is running efficiently by identifying and implementing process improvements.

- Conducting weekly calls to update the supply & demand status to the leadership team of TA Corridor.
