The Opportunity: Performance Marketing Lead About the Role: - Responsible for the 360-degree digital aspect of digital business - To manage the paid business and help in increasing the business via all the paid channels - Lead and develop annual planning and strategy under each category - Lead all aspects of influencer campaign design, execution, and measurement on the community and social platforms - Manage all the campaigns keeping ROas and CAC in mind - Strategically identify talent and influencers for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs - To get new customers and ensure customer retention for continuous growth Skills Required: - Experience in an influencer marketing, and with a focus on digital platforms - Critical thinking and the ability to quickly assess opportunities and challenges - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands - Experience managing and nurturing junior team members
