The Opportunity: Growth and Retention Head

About the Role:

- Responsible for the 360-degree digital aspect of digital business

- To manage the paid business and help in increasing the business via all the paid channels

- Work on engagement funnels on a day-to-day basis and design appropriate strategies

- Lead and develop annual planning and strategy under each category

- Manage all the campaigns keeping ROAs and CAC in mind

- To get new customers and ensure customer retention for continuous growth

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that marketing objectives are understood

- Manage reporting and analytics, providing executive summaries and recommendations of sales KPIs as well as search term analytics and competitive benchmarking.

- Build & manage e-commerce marketing calendars to ensure maximum efficiency to drive revenue and manage the execution of the calendar.

- New channels of marketing for acquiring new consumers

- Work on increasing the conversion rate, repeat and consumer retention strategies

- Work on building healthy Cohorts

Skills Required:

- Should have prior experience in growth and retention

- Understand the growth aspect of Freecultr

- Critical thinking and the ability to quickly assess opportunities and challenges

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize demands

- Experience managing and nurturing junior team members
