Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Zonalwise collections team and implement effective collection strategies in order to achieve targets

- Vendor empanelment and management, ensure compliance, conduct regular quality audits and track agency billing.

- Push recovery of dues through tele, and legal collection tools and recommend legal actions for critical cases.

- Achieve monthly collection targets through implementing strategies to drive vendor performance.

- Maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history, providing and maintaining MIS report, reviewing of collection feedback on daily, weekly & monthly basis

- Manage escalations and ensure resolution of all cases.

- Ensure field due coverage/follow ups of the portfolio allocated within stipulated time line.

- Conduct regular client and vendor visitations.

- Driving a zero breach environment that adheres to all relevant/applicable laws

- Work within the realm of all Freecharge collection policies, Compliance and Risk policies, as well as ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

- Ensure team engagement and motivating your team to achieve results

Required Qualifications And Experience:

- Graduate / Post graduate with 10+yrs of exp, with at least 4 yrs as a Manager for Collection Agencies / Vendors & collection officers

- Knowledge and experience of unsecured collections is must.

- Prior experience of working with Fintech /NBFCs and collection of digital lending will be preferred.

- Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.

- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment.

- Good knowledge of Word, Power Point and other MS office applications
