Job Responsibilities : - Drive engagement and product adoption through various social media platforms - The person will be responsible for development and execution of content marketing strategy for the brand - Nurture the community of Freecharge users - Measure and analyze the performance of various social media activities for better ROI - Work closely with various agencies for development of social media activities and developing social media content for various activities - Own the consumer listening piece - Work cross functionally with other teams within the organization Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) Education Qualification : - Graduation from an accredited college or university. MBA will be an added advantage Work Experience : - 5-9 years of work experience in managing social media for a consumer facing brand What makes you suitable for this role? - Shown prowess in developing highly engaging social media campaigns - Understanding of cultural context and relevance of social media - Good understanding of brand development - Good understanding of content marketing - Good understanding of creation and publishing of high quality, original social media content - Should have a knack for engaging content aligned to the brand development objective - Knowledge of tools to build and manage social media campaigns for better targeting and improving ROI - Knowledge to leverage the tools for social media monitoring and listening - Attitude to work with cross-functional teams
