Our vision is to become a financial solutions brand by creating an ecosystem of innovative products and features which will cater to the ever-growing tribe of digital first consumers Statement of Purpose for this role : - Nurture the brand through various products offerings of the organization Summary of essential job functions - Planning and execution of various brand campaigns, keeping the business objectives of respective products Job Responsibilities - Plan and execute marketing activities for various categories, including driving thematic and promo marketing campaigns for the same - Supporting the achievement of the annual brand & category growth targets and defined objectives: Market share, penetration/ loyalty/ and competition based indexes etc., as relevant. - Implement marketing plan in accordance with agreed budgets and guidelines - Liaison with cross-functional teams to undertake on-going business, category and consumer insights, consumer and market research and implement research learning's in marketing communication - Work with internal teams and external agencies for the campaign development, media plan, etc to deliver marketing campaigns - Drive innovation and create cutting edge marketing communication across platforms - Digital/Cinema/OOH/ TV/Radio etc. - Own brand health metrics, campaign ROI, part of overall business KPIs - Making relevant reports and presentations Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience) Education Qualification : - Graduation from an accredited college or university. MBA will be an added advantage. Work Experience: - 5-7 years of work experience in brand management or marketing management role for a consumer facing brand. Skills Required : - Involved in the creative development process and execution of multi-media campaign - Needs to have exposure to ATL, Digital Marketing & planning, campaign Management, media planning, etc - Having a strong creative bent of mind and consumer understanding, with the ability to generate ideas that deliver both on brand and business KPIs - Passionate about business of brands - can contribute to any discussion (formal/informal) on brand thinking and communication. Should have bias for action - Has an analytical bent of mind and is able to understand data - Cross-functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholders - Understanding of digital & mobile ecosystem is necessary. Experience is welcome. - You- ll demonstrate financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities - Experience of working in unstructured environment, entrepreneurial in nature - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem solving and driven to achieve even when faced with obstacles
