Profile: Onboarding Champion
- Work closely with business teams and managers for successful onboarding of hires
- Drive an extensive pre and post Onboarding process for all the new joiners (lateral, leadership and freshers and interns)
- Lead all day-to-day operations for Onboarding
- Generate and improve onboarding specific metrics on a monthly, quarterly basis as required
- Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with audit
- Drive internal efforts to cement Freecharge as a Best Place to Work for all new joiners (tenure < 180 days)
Education Requirements: BBA/ MBA
Salary offered: 6-8LPA
