We are looking for a Manager for our Offline Acquisition Team in Sales & Distribution. Who we Are? FreeCharge, a wholly owned subsidiary of Axis Bank Limited, we are in the business of digital payments with over 60 Million Users & 4 Lacs+ merchants. Our focus is to create an ecosystem of innovative products and features which enable seamless transactions, without the need for cash. We launched our wallet in September 2015 and customers are using it to pay across both Online & Offline channels. Who are we looking for? Role Title : Deputy Manager : Channel Sales & Distribution Location: Mumbai / Bangalore Experience: 5-10 Yrs. Function: Marketing Responsibilities : - Own Offline Unorganised Merchant Acquisition across different merchant categories - Drive customer eKYC for assigned territory - Start from scratch : Starting from Vendor/Partner onboarding, team establishment, Geography planning, competition mapping and FOS onboarding - Integrate multi-channel modes for merchant and customer acquisition on ekyc. - Source, train and manage FOS sales team. - Build Offline Channel from scratch - Conceptualizing and implementing Business Strategies in the assigned territories for accomplishing business objectives. - Should be involved in Strategic Decision Making and Maintaining High Team Productivity. - To develop strong relation with partners in Channel market - To develop Sales and Distribution Network & developing Market Area. - Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory - Analyse market trends and accordingly develop strategies to increase brand awareness. - Monitor day to day working of field staff - To provide timely and accurate feedback of market situation to management with idea of improving the shortcomings - Should have strong analytical skills to read and evaluate the sales performance and work out on Strategy
