Do You Make The Cut? We are looking for a Growth Lead who will work with a multidisciplinary team of marketers, engineers, designers, and sales people to develop and optimise our sales and marketing funnel to deliver rapid growth in our user base. You will analyse, plan and execute growth initiative for various services on Freecharge by focusing on user acquisition, activation, retention and upsell. The intent would be to optimize at various stages of the funnel. Growth lead will lead the growth team to define company's growth plan, coordinate, execute various growth programs plus optimize cost and revenue. Title: Associate Director, Growth Lead Location: Gurugram Experience: 10-14 Yrs. Education: Bachelors / Masters Degree Responsibilities - Plan and execute campaigns for user acquisition, retention, and cross sell to drive growth and maximise ROI. - Manage overall growth initiatives for payment, financial services, and merchant businesses. - Manage a team of growth managers and growth operations in order to give expected output. - Lead campaigns end-end from conception to defining objectives, execution, tracking and reporting to ensure the initiatives are driving relevant growth. - Manage over all promotion and digital marketing budget &amp; test and optimize new channels for user growth - Lead the relationship with external partners including agencies, publishers, etc. - Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, product management, operations, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives. - Identify optimization opportunities in user conversion funnel for various financial services products. - Monitor, analyse and report KPIs to ensure growth initiative are driving profitable growth. - Analysis of user behaviour and design targeted promotions. - Provide consumer insight, by blending data with a deep understanding of user needs, habits, and perceptions developed through various market research techniques. - Responsible for prioritizing growth initiatives and product changes. - Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization. Sounds Like You? - 10-12 years of work experience in user growth, digital marketing, data analytics or marketing management role for a digital consumer brand. - Experience building a comprehensive digital marketing strategy from the ground up. - Should be an expert of Google AdWords, Facebook ad manager along with other advertising platforms. - Understanding of digital marketing &amp; planning, campaign Management, media planning, and budget management &amp; funnel optimization - Experience in managing a medium size team of managers. - Sensitivity to potential trade-offs between performance and branding. - Experience in managing organic acquisition, including SEO and ASO. - Master in MS Excel. My SQL and Python knowledge will give you an edge. - Knowledge of tools like adobe analytics, adobe campaign, google analytics, firebase will be an added advantage. Life at Freecharge!
