Franklin Templeton - Branch Manager - Mutual Funds Domain (4-10 yrs)
Job Duties/ Responsibilities :
- The Branch Manager is responsible to run the Mangalore Sales Location, which would be a part of the Karnataka Cluster aggregating into South Region
- The person is the sole Sales person present in the particular location, responsible to cover the city where he is based.
- The person is responsible for running all business channels across the branch and the non-branch locations that he covers - National Distributors (including Banks), Independent Financial Advisors, Alternate Distribution
- The person is responsible to run the Sales Target of his designated branch and generate sales into the company's products
- The person is responsible to work closely with the Distributors in his territory directly to achieve maximum possible penetration in the distributor system.
- Monitoring of Sales Metrics - MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc.
- Administrative issues of the branch, including escalation of operational issues, etc.
Requirements :
Knowledge, Education, And Experience :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience : 4 to 7 years in the Wealth Management /AMC industry
- Should speak Kannada, English and Hindi
- Good Knowledge and understanding of Financial Markets
Licenses And Certifications :
- AMFI/NISM certification (Advisors-Module)
Additional Desirable Qualifications : Any Financial Advisory linked Qualification - CFP, CFA
