Desired skills

1. Should hold IATA certified diploma/ degree or relevant professional diploma of min 2-3 years duration in Travel-IATA ADVANCE.

2. Experience in reputed Travel Agency or Airline ticketing office.

3. Knowledge of any GDS (Galileo/Amadeus/Saber etc) In Frankfinn we teach Galileo hence knowledge of Galileo is important, but we can compromise if we find an experienced candidate with knowledge of any other GDS as it's easy to switch over.

5. Should be well versed with Airport ground handling procedures, basic travel terminology and travel geography.

6. Familiarization with Foreign currency exchange procedures

7. Cargo Handling

8. Knowledge of various organizations related to Travel industry.

6. Must possess relevant travel training experience
