1. You shall be responsible for Heading Sales Vertical and achieving weekly/monthly admission target of the centres
2. You Shall be responsible for ensuring sales process adherence by sales team.
3. You Shall be responsible for admission process & documentation, batch formation, giving career seminar at educational institutes, schools, colleges etc.
4. Facilitate data management, team management and preparing MIS reports
5. Leading by example and ensuring Proper handling of all queries of students & parents by effective counselling by sales team
6. You shall make productive BA tie ups
7. You will be required to conduct STP activities regularly for your centres.
8. Ensuring sales team is doing proper and timely follow-ups of walk-ins.
9.Visiting regularly the centers assigned to you and ensuring sales targets are delivered.
