Franchise/Partner Success Lead - Education (5-10 yrs)

We have been retained by a growing name in the EdTech Industry to hire a Partner Success Lead (Franchise Management). Our client has been widely recognized and awarded in the recent years and is growing in a big way.

This role is all about building and managing an effective Franchise model and making it highly successful. You would primarily be working on identifying teachers who would like to take the franchise. ease note this role requires building a fast-growing network of Franchise Partners who will be functioning completely online and does not require a tangible setup.

- You will be responsible for working very closely with Co-founders and building as well as implementing strategy for Franchise Partner acquisition and increasing efficiencies.

- The role is based out of Gurgaon but can also be carried out remotely from one of the metro locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing existing Online Partners and expand the revenue network by bringing new partners on board.

- Build strategies to maximize onboarding of new partners in line with company's goals and vision.

- Work closely with Franchise Partners to provide timely feedback to management and grievance redressal.

- Developing annual business and marketing plans and working with the Partners to track success and failure.

- Identify potential locations apart from Tier 1 cities and tap Partners across India.

To fit the bill, you must:

- Must bring 6-8 years of experience in Franchisee Development & Operations from any Education Industry.

- Expertise in building a strong network of Partners who work in an individual capacity.

- Prior experience of working with a high growth startup is mandatory.

- Should be able to work in high pressure environment and open to ideas.
