Franchise Partner Manager - Pharma

Job Description:

- Market study and identification of potential franchise partners

- Create and Execute business development activities to onboard franchise partners for the selected region of operation

- Competition benchmarking and suggesting counter strategies

- Managing entire franchise onboarding cycle from onboarding, inventory transfers (for existing stores), branding and refurbishment of stores and initial stock supplies.

- Collaborate with cross functions to support franchise operations commencement seamlessly

- Execute handover process from BD team to franchise success team

- Create and manage franchise pipeline and deliver franchise onboarding goals for the allocated region

- Implement a franchise exit process

- Work with Zonal head to Implement awareness campaigns in the region to attract franchise pipeline

Desired Experience, Skills and Expertise:

- 3+ years of relevant experience

- Strong communication skills

- Good planning and M&E skills

- Strong sales fundamentals

- Strong collaboration skills
