Franchise Manager - New Business Developer
1. Onboarding New Centers Process Adoption :
- New center setup and ensure a smooth handover to the sales and marketing team for execution
- Assisting the new centre in hiring the team and setting up the required infrastructure in classrooms and laboratories as per the guidelines
- Organize training on all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) at time of onboarding to ensure quality standards across all centres
- Know the company and project related SOP, and clear mandated exam/trainings within two weeks of project assignment
- Improvement in existing SOP from learnings collected from execution on a quarterly basis through documented version update of SOP with approval from CEO
2. New Business Development :
- Proactive search for new partners and opening centers as per Annual Operating Plan
- City and within city center location and catchment identification
- Partner, center and catchment due diligence
- LOI & Agreement negotiation and execution
