Description :

As part of the Global Leadership Team, this position will provide Through Readership abilities and expertise in shaping Brands and/or New Product strategies for a franchise as well as direct line management of a team to deliver tactical and strategic analyses for the portfolio. The incumbent will design, coordinate, and monitor projects (primary market research and secondary analysis) to support commercial business decisions as well as identify potential marketplace opportunities. Working collaboratively with the Franchise Leadership to synthesize findings into actionable insights is critical to this role

Major Responsibilities :

- Ensures their team of leaders/managers appropriately partners with Global Brand Teams
- Provide best in class strategic insights that shape/develop program/brand strategy
- Drive comprehensive outside-in strategic perspective bringing value-adding insights on patients, customers, competitors, payers, and regulators
- Integrate research, intelligence, analytics, and intuition to generate insights that enable fact-based decision making
- Support key development decision points with commercial market opportunity assessment, positioning, segmentation for products in new indications
- Engage with broader stakeholders to understand treatment pathways
- Design and plan all facets to enable execution of market research, competitive intelligence, and analytics based on a sound understanding of the research tools, techniques and data sets
- Build a network and manage alignment with key stakeholders in top 15 countries and functions teams. Bring localized insights into a global strategy by working closely with local stakeholders
- Manages any external vendors/budgets and measures their performance against KPIs
- Influences and align multiple stakeholders, manage conflicting priorities (if any) and enables trade-off decisions to maximize the value of the portfolio
- Role model a leadership style which is inclusive, proactive, respectful, change agile, innovation/creativity and results driven with a strong customer service focus
- She/he will also build and develop talent, and drive a continuous improvement mindset in the organization and ensure continuous training in the areas of process excellence, best in class tactical and strategic analyses for a designated product/portfolio of products to support commercial business
Profile -

- 10+ years relevant experience acquired at pharmaceutical companies and /or strategic, marketing, or health care consultancy companies of which 5+ years in two areas of either Market Research/Brand Management/Analytics with a leading pharma or FMCG company/ solution provider

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leading a team, superior leadership/collaboration capabilities demonstrating inclusive management style
