- This Gurgaon-based company was founded in 2006. Their major focus areas are age-care, future of work, supply chain and start-ups. They invest in both early-stage companies as well as mature businesses.

- As a Fractional CHRO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs.

What you will do :

- Providing guidance and support to management and employees on HR-related matters

- Acting as a liaison between management and employees to resolve HR issues and concerns

- Partnering with management to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives

- Managing and resolving employee issues

- Providing coaching and support to managers on performance management and employee development

- Participating in recruitment and selection processes

- Overseeing all operational HR processes around compliance, payroll etc.

- Providing reports and analysis on HR metrics

What you need to have :

- MBA in Human Resources or related field

- At least 5 years of experience in an HR role

- Experience in a startup or venture capital environment is a plus

- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Willingness to come to office a couple of times a week (for half days)
