Responsibilities :
- Identify organizations/Lines of Business and their key decision makers in need for analytics services
- Identify new opportunities and manage end-to-end sales pipeline and process with client for the vertical
- Articulate Fractal's differentiation, value proposition and highlight business benefits of engagements through e-mail, voice and in-person interactions
- Formulate and lead various marketing and sales campaigns to achieve business goals
- Qualify prospects on Budget, Authority, Needs and Timelines
- Develop new relationships with key prospect and decision makers, anticipating needs and undertaking actions to exceed expectations
- Successfully leverage ideas across clients and industries to formulate the best practices and creative thinking to generate new sales leads
- Partner closely with Sales leads to move opportunities towards closure
- Push Fractal's frontiers through thought leadership and innovation in prospecting and demand generation activities
Client Relationship Management :
- Partner with sales leads to move the sales process in a consultative fashion and work with delivery team, to move leads to RFPs.
- Support RFPs by offering insights into new business partner's development prospects
- Engage prospects through nurturing campaigns in order to maintain top of mind recall for Fractal
Experience & Qualification :
- S/He must have extensive experience in generating new leads and qualifying them through direct conversations with prospects in the Retail / Travel & Hospitality / CPG domains and preferably have experience in selling analytics / professional services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to get cold prospects interested in conversations
- Flexible and collaborative approach to performing his/her responsibilities across time zones (primarily US and Europe)
- Detail-oriented, Self-driven and persistent performer with a keen interest in exceeding goals
- Analytics/Market Research industry experience
Education : MBA (preferred) OR equivalent OR Graduation degree (minimum) with consistent performance throughout professional career
