Fractal Analytics - Senior Consultant - Market Research & Insights (6-7 yrs)

- Provide strategic guidance to identify business growth opportunities & leadership to drive their implementation

- Play a critical role in the definition and implementation of How to Win strategies:

- Identify MSA optimization opportunities

- Enable best in class customer concept sell, incl. driving winning on-pack claims, winning in-store executions

- Co-lead development of pricing- strategies and secure in-market implementation

Define and Implement Sense & Respond toolbox:

- Identify key market, consumer, shopper and macro-economic trends & insights

- Track business health and recommend actions against opportunities to build trial

- Consumer segmentation: Partner with regional Strategy & Insights counterparts to develop and implement a new Personal Power consumer segmentation (vs. current model Battery-centric segmentation)

- Foster - Share and Reapply- mindset across regions

- Develop supplier relationships and identify best capabilities to support the Duracell business in markets

- Individual shall be able to identify the best way to answer a business question, via choosing the right methodology (qualitative vs. quantitative, and then, which specific study to kick-off and lead (e.g. for qualitative in-home visit vs focus group, which consumer targeting etc etc- or if a quantitative, which methodology (concept screener, pricing analysis etc etc- ). Of note, the studies will be - executed- by external suppliers (ipsos, Nielsen, or other) that the individual will need to identify

- As a bonus, the candidate would greatly benefit from a general knowledge about the Indian consumer through previous experience in consumer research (e.g. qualitative research/ consumer immersion type of work), as well about the middle east consumer through previous experiences

Qualification & Experience:

- 6+ Years of Experience in Consumer and Market Research and Insight Generation

- Strong problem solving abilities (able to find solutions to diverse set of issues, strong analytical skills)

- Leadership in helping set direction for the business (ability to identify new business opportunities)

- Agility to operate in an end-to-end business environment (flexibility, embracing change, comfortable with ambiguity)

- Collaboration (with multi-functional teams, suppliers and people with different backgrounds)

- Innovation mindset (able to find creative and pragmatic ways to deliver results, identify consumer/shopper insights)

- Resourcefulness (ability to generate resources, extra capacity partnering with suppliers)

- Capability building (acting as teacher to enable multi-functional teams to know the consumers)

- Diverse communication skills (knowledge of languages of key markets where based in is a plus)

- Ability to show effective project leadership, problem solving and excellent collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical skills, preferably experienced in statistical modeling and analysis.

- Must be willing to travel
