Fractal Analytics - Senior Consultant - Financial Valuation (5-6 yrs)

Job Responsibilities

Customer risk assessment (with help of risk models, etc) and risk monitoring

1. Conduct primary & secondary research on companies /customers - financial analysis of their balance sheet P&L and demand estimation

2. Analyzing and interpreting financial and accounting data

Customer valuations & credit assessment

1. Support Global business valuation and intangible valuation practices

2. Develop valuation models of varying complexities for entities of differing sizes operating across a diverse range of industries (eg Direct funding/ Equity infusion/etc)

3. Preparing various sections of valuation reports, as necessary

Maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers, provide guidance/training/expertise on various valuation engagements

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Finance domain

- A financial professional with experience in financial modeling, accounting & reporting

- Experience in development of financial / business models for internal business case evaluation and external explanation to our customers

- Proficiency in cash-flow analysis, P&L, Balance Sheet, NPV, IRR calculations for long term (10-15 year) projects with varying investment timelines

- Experience in healthcare industry will be preferred

- Working knowledge of SQL - preferred

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask

- Clarity of thoughts and vision
