Fractal Analytics - Senior Consultant - Analytics & Six Sigma

We are looking for a passionate Senior business analyst who can turn numbers into information, information into insights, and insights into recommendations.

Daily responsibilities include :

- Aggregate data from disparate systems (professional services, sales, support, telephony, financial) to deliver periodic reporting dashboards.

- Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

- Capturing business needs and shaping requirements through dialogue with business sponsors

- Understanding end-user requirements and translate requests to technical specifications,

- Project management and administration

- Dependency management and business process mapping

Requirements :

- 4 - 7 years- experience with analysis and/or reporting.

- 4 - 7 years of real time business experience and working directly with business users

- Understanding of SAP and other technologies

- Fluent in English and documentation ( Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel )

- Strong oral, written, and analytical skills

- Broad IT domain experience in two or more of the following areas: Applications Development, Project Management, IT Infrastructure, - Consulting, Finance, or Technical Customer Support

- Demonstrated analytical skills.

- Knowledge of complex data extraction, transformation, and data loading techniques

Preferred Skills :

- Basic Understanding of- Tableau, Qlikview, SAS, R, Data modelling techniques

- Experience with Salesforce

- Experience in teaching or volunteer roles

- Six Sigma Business Excellence Black Belt

- LEAN, Black Belt certified

- Pivot Table, Pivot Charts, Power Pivots

- Proficient in Statistics

- Understanding KPIs & Performance & Process Improvement & Problem Solving

- Highly Analytical
