Fractal Analytics - Head - Finance - CA (10-15 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the Finance Shared Services Team. Oversee the smooth running of the Shared Services and ensure the accounting and reporting processes are in line with the company's policies.
- Reviewing and recommending measures for continuous improvement in internal controls and business processes.
- Responsible for accounting and related activities, including general accounting, cost accounting, MIS, cash management, internal controls, taxation compliances, payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Key Accountabilities :
- Directs the planning, organization, operations and administration of Finance Shared Service Center.
- Provide leadership in establishing structured Operation Framework spanning Controllership, Financial Planning & Analysis and Compliances.
- Specific accountability for various global accounting/controllership processes; Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Tax & Other Regulatory Compliances, Inter-company accounting, Accounts Receivables Control, banking processes.
- Set up an Analytics team to perform Financial Planning & Analysis capabilities at the shared service center.
- Ensuring the operation is delivering to target as per the SOP and remains compliant with all controls and contractual obligations.
- Set-up controls across the level for establishing quality SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
- Set-up a structured and periodic MIS for effective reviews and business decisions
- Establish structured Review mechanism for periodic reviews to ensure compliances and formalize audit and review metrics for process adherence rates and KPIs
- Benchmark processes against best in class and drive the team accordingly
People Management :
- Lead, motivate, develop and performance manage the Finance Team and provide the necessary support for success.
- Complete KPI assessment of direct reports within Company specified time frame.

- Build and maintain a relationship with key stakeholders both within Finance and the business operations and continuously optimize the shared services delivery and leadership model
- Continue to drive expected cost savings through effective budgeting and control

Desired Qualifications :
- Candidate should have a CA degree with post qualification work experience of more than 10 years with a major company or division of a large corporation.
- The candidate should have led Shared Service Center for a minimum period of 5 years and at least 2 years should be with the large corporations having revenue of INR 500 Cr or more.
- Knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS will be an added advantage.
