Key competencies:

- Engagement Manager should have exposure to Strategic revenue management and related business strategies including Pricing & promotion, Marketing mix and Route to market

- Good context & familiarity of CPG landscape, including data landscape

- Skills in storyboarding, problem solving, and insights generation are must

- Provide insights in a usable format to support management decisions and drive efficiencies

Job Responsibilities:

- End to end solution development including consulting, analytics & technology streams

- Comprehensive requirement gathering and business problem qualification, liaison with senior stakeholders in aligning the results & insights, manage stakeholder expectations

- Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope

- Translate business requirements to analytical solutions and articulate analytical solutions to actionable business insights in the form of a compelling story to be shared with business stakeholders

- Analyse large volumes of data to understand customer behavioural patterns, gain business Insights and identify opportunities for improvement

- Effectively communicate business findings and recommendations to all stakeholders

- Think outside the box to identify & test new sources of information that can unlock new business value

- Liaison among multiple teams - Product, Data Engineering, Data Science - to understand, envisage and execute the business requirements

- Lead and Manage the accountabilities of the team. Define, communicate, and analyse success metrics for the delivery team

Desired Candidate:

Must Have :

- Overall experience of 10+ years, with minimum 6-8 years of hands-on modelling experience

- Strong consulting, storyboarding and design skills

- Strong expertise in CPG domain with extensive work done in atleast 2 of the following areas - pricing, promotion, assortment, marketing, ecommerce analytics,

- Strong - hands-on- with MS office related skills - esp Excel and Power-point

- Strong hands-on experience in developing predictive models in some of these areas - Price optimization, Media and Marketing investment optimization, cross-sell/ up-sell strategies, market segmentation, demand forecasting, etc

- Technical depth/knowledge of tools and technologies such as R, Python

- Good understanding on statistical modeling techniques - Linear Regression, Logistic regression and Bayesian regression approach

- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills (Written + Spoken) required

- Experience working with and liaising across Agile teams

Good to Have:

- Understanding of Cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure ecosystem

- Understanding of Key Marketing metrics: Clicks, Conversion, CTR, ROI, GMV, Bounce Rate, Page Views, Funnel Analysis etc

- Experience in analysing Marketing execution data- Social Media, ATL, BTL, Influencer Marketing/ Content marketing

- Knowledge of Google Analytics and MySql

- Hands-on experience on R, Python

- Experience in a client-facing role

Education:

- Preferably MBA/ B.Tech/PG in Statistics or Economic with relevant industry experience
